With years of experience in various restaurants, Jay brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and creativity to our team. He's the mastermind behind our delicious sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and more. In his spare time, Jay also runs a supper club (Aegir Supper Club), where he showcases his passion for unique and creative cuisine. It's no wonder his dishes are always bursting with flavor and innovative twists. We're honored to have Jay as part of our team, and we're proud to have him leading our kitchen.

Adam has been a cherished member of the Charlotte community since 2010, immersing himself in its vibrant culinary scene. His illustrious career began at Mimosa Grill, where he flourished in the realm of fine dining under the mentorship of Chef Jon Fortes. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Adam ventured to Farenheit, joining forces with esteemed chefs Rocco Whalen and Dave Feimster as a Manager. It was during this time that he truly cut his teeth in the industry, gaining valuable experience and honing his managerial expertise.
